Quality Controller – Manufacturing

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:
1. Quality Inspections
• Receiving inspection of machined components.
• In-process inspections and tests.
• Finished Goods inspection.
• Raising IIRs when required.

2. Process Control
• Assist with adherence to process controls, procedures and working documents.
• Raising IIRs when required.

3. Filing and records
• All inspection and test reports and calibration/verification certificates filed in an orderly and traceable fashion
• Assist with closing IIRs on IIR database

4. QCP Administration
• In-process QCP administration.
• Ensure adherence to Hold, Witness and Review points.
• Completion of QCP and requisite documents.

5. CoC and Data-Book Compilation
• Compile CoCs and supporting documents when required.
• Compile EoMRs (Data-Books) when required.

6. Filing and Records
• All requisite quality documentation to be filed accordingly.

MINIMUM Qualifications and Experience:
• Matric, Senior Certificate with Mathematics, and with Science
• Ability to read and understand moderately complex technical drawings
• Be proficient with MS Office

• Analytical ability to interpret and translate data and findings into a meaningful result

Must have own vehicle and valid drivers license
