Job requirements:
- Grade 12
- BS in Computer Science/Information Technology/ Information Systems or related fields.
- 5 years of proven working experience as an ICT Manager.
- Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis, and computer hardware /software systems.
- Hands-on experience with computer network administration and network installation.
- Expertise in service management and data governance.
Job responsibilities:
Overseeing the annual IT budget and ensuring cost-effectiveness. Monitoring daily operations, including server hardware, software, and operating systems. To be responsible and accountable for the smooth running of the company’s computer systems within the limits of requirements, specifications, costs, and timelines. |
·Manage company information technology, computer systems, PLC and SCADA IT control systems, access control, and CCTV systems.
·Ensure that the groups used IT software licenses, programs, and systems are legally up to date and registered, and related annual license fees are paid in time. ·Plan, organize, control, and evaluate IT and electronic data operations. ·Ensure that maximum firewall and data protection is in place on all group servers and IT systems. ·Manage company IT Staff and assist with selection and training of new employees. ·Conduct staff performance appraisals in conjunction with offshore line managers/supervisors. ·With the Training Officer, identify opportunities for IT Team development and training to support the company’s operations current and future. ·Design, develop, implement, and maintain company IT Systems, policies, and procedures.
