Job responsibilities:

  • Timekeeping of Staff.
  • Issuing of orders to Suppliers.
  • Timesheet collection and Customer Invoicing and Capturing of Supplier Invoices.
  • Quotation Requestions.
  • Monitoring of vehicle licenses, Staff training, vehicle certification, and Medicals of Staff.
  • Reporting issues to all vehicles.
  • Staff management
  • Load planning.
  • Job Scheduling, Job preparation, and dispatching of Teams, Operators, and crews.
  • Overseeing loads Before Leaving the Depot.
  • Monitoring of daily Jobs.
  • liaising with Clients and keeping them up to date on daily jobs.
  • Daily checks on all vehicles and equipment.
  • Sourcing of New Equipment
  • Scheduling of Services and Vehicle Maintenance.
  • Job Reports.
  • Site inspections.
  • Creating files.
  • Monitoring files on site.
  • Ensuring Staff adhere to H&S Procedures.
  • Ensuring PPE and all certificates are always up to date.
