Job Requirements:

  • Matric
  • Must have a Driver’s license and own transport.
  • Office administration work experience or similar role.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Request bank statements and load them onto online Pastel.
  • Allocate the payments to the customer and supplier accounts.
  • Ensure customer and supplier account details are up to date.
  • Send confirmation of bookings and loading details to customer and supplier.
  • Assist customers and suppliers with any inquiries, request invoices and delivery notes.
  • Send invoices to customers and monthly statements.
  • Keep file up to date with orders, invoices, payments, purchase orders, and delivery notes.
  • Update daily movement sheet.
  • Wright out hire contract for jobs.
  • Ensure that we receive time sheet. Order numbers
  • Check clock cards every day .
  • Keep updated list off all PPE.
  • Update fleet operation sheet daily.
