Job requirements:

Trade/Red seal in Millwright, Fitting and turning or Fitter (3 to 5 years qualified)

Driver’s license (valid for 3 to 5 years)

-Decanters

-High speed separator

-Pumps

  • Knowledge of HSEQ regulations
  • Experience in GPHE/Hex units
  • Chemical safe handling
  • Working on hights

Millwright

  • Electrical fault finding
  • ABB VFD and soft starters
  • on R&B control systems
  • Panel fault finding
  • Control system upgrade

Fitter and turner

  • MIG and Tig welding
  • Balancing and operating of balancing machine
  • Operating of manual lathe

 

Job responsibilities:

  • Perform SC task- Rotating and Hex
  • Insure proper housekeeping
  • Be engaged in problem resolution in current tasks
  • Insure training of the SC interns
  • Ensure Service reports are completed and submitted
  • Ensure the highest quality workmanship
  • Excellent knowledge of repair process/product/applications
  • Monitor processes and performance in the team/shift with focus on waste elimination.
  • Act as a link between the team, support functions and Team Manager.
  • Develop the key processes and tools within the team.
  • Close competence gaps by training/coaching and running SOP audit dialogues.
  • Control quality, deviations and service execution stops together with Team Manager.
  • When needed support team members with immediate problem solving.
  • Support and participate in problem solving and knowledge sharing with other service organizations in AL.
  • Optional: coordinate, plan and support the daily work of the team/shift.
