South Africa’s top investment group is looking for a Customer Care Representative to join their team in Cape Town.


Job Requirements:


  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Organizational skills
  • Ability to make between 90 and 110 calls per day
  • Previous Call Center experience
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Property background


Job responsibilities:


  • To contact every client that enquires on rental properties through our CRM system
  • Determining the client’s needs and schedule a viewing for the client, send and SMS, email and application form.
  • Completing viewing registers for the Rental agents every day with the details of the clients that have confirmed they will be attending
  • Keep track if the client attended the viewing or not by following up with the rental agent the next day, if the client did not attend the viewing then contact the client, find out why and schedule another viewing.
  • Keep detailed notes on the system that our Company uses
  • Attend to inbound rental viewing queries
  • Assistance with ad hoc duties when and if required
