Essential Job Functions

  • Full administration process of dispatch function
  • Co-ordinate Orders due for dispatch
  • Co-ordinate Sample Orders due for dispatch
  • Annual Stock Take and cycle counts
  • Investigate non conformances within the dispatch warehouse
  • Co-ordinate returns from suppliers
  • Monthly Reporting

 

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Knowledge

The incumbent must be proficient with good knowledge in the following areas:

  • Solid dispatch/supply chain/operations understanding
  • Experience in Syspro or similar ERP
  • Relevant qualification
  • 2 years’ experience in dispatch admin/supply chain

The incumbent must demonstrate a high level of skill for:
