Job requirements:

From years of experience, it is a proven fact that even the most experienced electricians/fitters require extensive training as the variety of equipment is quite extensive and we therefore are looking for “go getters” who is keen to learn and grow with the company. Candidates –

 

  • Must be a Qualified Electrician/Fitter/Millwright.
  • Have a minimum of 3 years’ working experience in a similar
  • Must have a Matric
  • Have a minimum of an N4 Technical
  • Must demonstrated the ability to be a keen learner with a “make it happen attitude”.
  • Must be a fast learner and must be able to work both independently and within a team
  • Must possess good verbal and written communication
  • Males only 25 – 35 years of age.
  • Must have a valid driver’s

 

Job responsibilities:

The position calls for a technician to install, repair and service all commercial and industrial laundry -and catering equipment

 

Machinery/equipment include, but is not limited to, industrial washing machines, tumble driers, ironing equipment and a range of industrial catering equipment such as ovens, fryers, cookers, fridges/freezers etc.

 

Install and provide operating training on industrial laundry and catering equipment.

Prepare quotations and repair industrial laundry-and catering equipment.

Carry out routine maintenance on industrial laundry-and catering equipment.

 

Specific Requirements/Additional information

  • Garden Route from Still Bay to Plettenberg Bay as well as inland to Beaufort West.
  • Working hours are 7h30 to 16h30 Monday to Friday (45 per week). It might be necessary to work overtime from time to time.
