Senior Payments Administrator

Job Requirements:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification
  • At least 3-5 years’ experience in a similar position
  • Computer literate (MS Office)
  • Steel Industry experience is essential
  • Hard-working and self-motivated
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Time management and organizational skills
  • Display a professional work approach
  • Ability to work independently
  • Logical and detail orientated methodologies
  • Excellent standards in execution.
  • Commitment to a strong business ethic and integrity

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage and Oversee Payments to Customers
  • Accurately monitor customer intake (Industrials and Dealers)
  • Accurately Process Payments to Customers
  • Schedule Ferrous and Non-Ferrous Intake from Satellite Branches on a Weekly basis
  • Liaise with  Buyers on Customer queries, enquiries and prices
  • Accurately prepare accruals schedule (Payments and Advances)
  • Liaise with Weighbridge and Non-Ferrous Intake
