Job Purpose:
Manage the effective running of the seafood outlet by achieving set targets without compromising of Food Safety or Quality.

Key Responsibilities:
• Wholesale sales cold calling for new and existing clients for new business
• Monthly stock takes
• Assist in ordering stock
• Ensuring purchase orders match up to stock received
• Capturing invoices for clients.
• Assist Shop Manager with management of staff
• Ensuring that health & safety regulations are practiced and adhered to within
the department.
• Opening & closing of shop daily
• Assisting in marketing the company brand and products on all social media platforms
• Daily till point register cash-ups and balancing thereof
• Assisting in cashier duties when required to do so
• Ensuring banking is done daily

Qualifications/Skills:
• Matric
• SAP
• Cistech

Experience needed:
• At least 5 years FMCG experience
• Cashier Experience
• Seafood Industry will be an added advantage
