Engineering Administrator
The Engineering department currently has a vacancy for a motivated, professional and attentive to detail Administrator to join their team. The successful candidate must at all times, conduct him/herself in such a manner that reflects the professional and ethical values of the Group. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:
- Devising and maintaining office systems to efficiently deal with the paper and process flow of the Engineering office
- Support the Engineering department in ensuring compliance to timekeeping, productive output
- Work on and maintain our CMMS program – CWorks
- Generate and maintain reports
- General office administration
- Adhoc duties include filing, verifying time and attendance, drafting, verifying and editing related documentation, ordering stationary on in-house system
- Ability to draft Engineering Scope of Works
- Assist with Engineering Safety processes for day to day operations and shutdown work
- Assisting with coordinating and planning daily maintenance and repair activities
- Accurately taking minutes during meetings
- Compile and capture machine parts on out stores system
Qualifying Criteria:
- Grade 12 certificate
- Diploma/Certification in Business Administration
- At least 5 years of Administrative experience within an Engineering or similar environment
- Relevant tertiary qualification or studying towards one will be advantageous
- Computer literate –MS Advance office package proficiency
