Duties & Responsibilities

  • Identifying and Acquiring New Business
  • Grow Existing Customer base
  • Preparing Proposals and Quotations
  • Providing Pre-Sales and Post-Sales Support.
  • Using the Weekly call planner, to work out daily priorities, log and track all contacts.
  • To provide accurate, detailed, and timely information regarding all prospects and sales activities to the General Manager weekly and daily.
  • Achieve if not exceed monthly sales targets

  • Microsoft Office literate.
  • Must be a good verbal communicator
  • Sales skills, or sales process experience is a must.

  • Ability to be able to deal EFFECTIVELY with all levels of customer interaction (from buyers to production/maintenance staff to operational managers and senior management
  • Be able to be an effective listener to extract specifics in problems and solutions

  • Prospecting/Business Development experience.

Desired Experience & Qualification

  • Minimum, five years’ sales experience in the industrial sector
  • Minimum, three years’ experience in a mechanical environment.
  • Experience with technical products and or have mechanical exposure.
  • At least a matric pass.
  • Fluent in both Afrikaans and English (not negotiable)
  • Mechanical / Excavating exposure (preferable)
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Own Vehicle
