Maintenance Manager FMCG

Responsibilities:

• Conducting all preventative maintenance 

• • • Inspection of all machinery and equipment to ensure they are in working order
    • Record all preventative maintenance

• Conducting all internal machine and equipment upgrades and repairs

• • • Overseeing all machine and equipment upgrades and repairs from external service providers

• Manage and resolve all Breakdowns

• • • Recording all maintenance breakdowns

• Buying and control of all spares and tooling 

• • • Keep correct spares / Tools
  • Housekeeping of maintenance workshop and store rooms

• Organize/project manage all external maintenance and machinery service providers
• Conduct upgrades and repairs to the building structure
• Oversee all external maintenance and repairs to the structure of the building

Experience:

• FCMG / Food industry (confectionary bonus)
• Packaging machines (film wrapping like horizontal flow wrapper and vertical formfill machine preferred)
• Qualified artisan
  • Fitter Turner / Electrician
  • Millwright preferred
• Must have management experience – non-negotiable
