QC Co-Ordinator

Job requirements:

• 2 years’ experience with B-Tech Quality Management / Packaging Technology or Similar
• Knowledge of Part & Process Control Development and PPAP
• Keen eye for detail
• Knowledge of Packaging Materials would be an advantage.
• Ability to work on MS office
• Report writing
• Good at problem solving
• Good communication skills
• Logical record-keeping
• Good time management
• Must be self-disciplined and be able to work alone

Job responsibilities:

• Responsible for the inspection and approval of incoming packaging materials such as pouches, cartridges, bottles, caps and boxes.
• The person will also conduct inline Production Process and QC audits.
• Gauge R&R Studies
• Conducting, Documentation and SPC for Incoming QC
• In-process QC
• Coordinate Product Deviation Process
• Non-conformance Investigation, Reporting and Analysis
• Document and update inspection results
• PPM on all measuring equipment and small process scales
• Conduct process audits
