Internal Sales / Administrator – Cape Town
Job Responsibilities:
- Sending out quotations including quotes for Reps
- Answer phone for customers calling in
- Technical support/assistance
- Assisting with pricing for clients
- Internal sales work
- Assisting other branches with stock queries
- Stock control
- Assisting walk-in customers
- Counting stock on Fridays
- Planning deliveries
- Managing warehouse staff
- Paper work such as goods return notes, inter-store stock transfers and invoices
- Making sure correct stock is held and calling down from other branches if needed
- Sales reports submitted weekly
- After hours breakdown assistance
- Other tasks associated with internal sales
