Job Responsibilities:

  • Sending out quotations including quotes for Reps
  • Answer phone for customers calling in
  • Technical support/assistance
  • Assisting with pricing for clients
  • Internal sales work
  • Assisting other branches with stock queries
  • Stock control
  • Assisting walk-in customers
  • Counting stock on Fridays
  • Planning deliveries
  • Managing warehouse staff
  • Paper work such as goods return notes, inter-store stock transfers and invoices
  • Making sure correct stock is held and calling down from other branches if needed
  • Sales reports submitted weekly
  • After hours breakdown assistance
  • Other tasks associated with internal sales
