Hydraulic fault finding and repairs
Hydraulic pipe installations
Pressure Testing
Repairs to hydraulic pumps and motors Gear, piston and vein
Repairs to hydraulic cylinders
Repairs to pneumatic systems and components
Design and modify of old or obsolete hydraulic systems
Measuring and identifying hydraulic seals
Competent in micro-meter measuring for tolerance on worn systems
Manufacturing of hydraulic skive & non-skive hoses
Identifying many form of hydraulic fittings for clients and inspection of hydraulic systems.
Strip, access, repair, quote on hydraulic cylinders
Fault Finding /Diagnosis
Pipe bending and steel piping
Wiring up of single phase and 3 phase motors for hydraulic power packs
Remove, clean and replace valves, bearings on shafts, butterfly valves, exhaust valves
Fitment of main power train mounts to engine and then installation to boats
Pre-start checks before boats go out for testing
Preventive maintenance on most forms of engineering
Limited machining for hydraulic components
Working efficiently under quality and safety regulation’s
