Experienced Payroll Administrator required to join our team in Paarden Eiland

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Weekly Wages
  • Monthly Wages
  • VIP Premier experience
  • Good understanding of the financial reporting of payroll – liabilities and third party policies and procedures
  • Accurate and timely update of wage schedules to time-sheets for records and billing purposes
  • Team player and good work culture attitude
  • Loading of new contracts/employees  on payroll software
  • Responsible for accurate reporting to Payroll Manager
  • Bonus and Leave processing and Sick leave
  • EMP201 reconciliation and submission
  • EMP501 Midyear and annual submission
  • Ability to work under pressure

Required:

  • Accuracy
  • Strong Attention to Detail
  • 5-10 Years experience preferably from the Engineering Sector

Qualification:

  • Certificate in Accounting
