Responsibilities

  • Management of all financial monthly reporting to the Directors
  • Coordinate and communicate with suppliers and debtors
  • Preparation of payments
  • Intercompany recons of transactions and loan accounts
  • Recon of suppliers
  • Payroll assistance
  • Reconciliation of VAT
  • Preparation of Balance Sheet for audit
  • Recon of monthly bank ledgers
  • Assist with journal preparations
  • Assist with FAR
  • Assist with HP’s
  • Assist with insurance
  • Assist with Fuel recon
  • Ad hoc duties

Requirements:

  • 5 Years of Accounting experience
  • Matric
  • Diploma in Financial Accounting
