Job Brief:

We are looking for an experienced Receptionist (at least 2 years’ experience) to organize and oversee our reception area. As Receptionist, you will be the ambassador of the company’s first impressions on the guests and visitors. We expect you to be customer centric, well groomed, with excellent communication skills.

Your goal is to maintain an efficient and professional, yet welcoming and customer friendly reception environment, making your Proactive, Upbeat (enthusiastic) and friendly persona vital for this role.

  • Responsibilities-Receptionist/Office Assistant
    Switchboard Management
  • Professionally answer phone calls, Screen calls, take messages and forward calls to the respective departments. General Administration
  • Assist walk-in clients with collections, deliveries and provide information as required.
  • Accepting Customer Payments
  • Filing and ordering of stationery
  • Handling, responding and re-directing mail as required.
  • Assist Management Team with ad-hoc administrative & operational duties.

Requirements and Skills

  • Grade 12
  • Previous Reception/Administrative experience
  • Computer literate – Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, specifically MS Word and Excel will be required.
