Job Requirements:

Matric /Grade 12
Understanding Shipping Certificate
Industry qualification an advantage
ICDL Certificate
Business Management Diploma an advantage
A minimum of 5 years relevant import / export shipping industry, and a strong knowledge in all aspects of freight functions.
Clearing and Forward experience/knowledge an advantage
Ship Shape knowledge beneficial

Job Responsibilities:

Inward and Outward Freight desk administration – prepared, processed, and coordinated as per Quality Management system requirements and SOPs.
Financial Administration
Import Functions
Export Functions
Estimation and Pricing Functions
Customs Functions
Logistics Functions
General Functions
Risk Reviews
ISO Compliance
Ability to work in a structured and methodical manner, ensuring accuracy
Good communication skills (oral & written)
