Commercial Assistant
- Managing documents and files
- Organizing and maintaining documents, records and quotation files both electronically and physically, to ensure accuracy, confidentiality and easy retrieval.
- Supporting sales activities
- Assisting with sales-related tasks such as preparing quotes, tracking sales leads and managing of key accounts which includes following up of payments etc.
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinating with other departments, clients, vendors and internal sales representatives on behalf of the commercial director to facilitate smooth communication and collaboration.
- Providing administrative support
- Performing general administrative tasks which may include delivering of goods to customers and attending meetings with clients.
Requirements:
- Matric certificate with mathematics,
- Fully bilingual,
- Candidates with a technical school background will take preference,
- Accountability and the ability to grow within the company.
