Job Requirements:

  • Must have a degree in logistics/Supply & chain.
  • Female.
  • Aged 35 and younger.
  • Must have excellent Microsoft Skills (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
  • Must have previous experience within the logistics field.
  • Must have good communication skills.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Contact transporters on a daily,
  • Receive booking of vehicles from transporters,
  • Generate a tracking report spreadsheet on excel,
  • Update the report daily,
  • Communicate with clients,
  • Send export documentation out for clearing,
  • Checking Export/Import documentation,
  • Communicate with border agents on exports and imports,
  • Reconciliations on orders completed,
  • Saving PODs
  • Requesting rates from transporters.
