Maintenance Engineer

Job requirements:
- Degree or Diploma Engineering Principle
- Min 5 years’ experience engineering field or Processing plant management
- Previous exposure to Diamond process plants and mining offshore installations.
- Excellent understanding of engineering principles and philosophies.
- Experience in mechanical systems maintenance.
- All STCW offshore training and certificates must be valid.
- Valid Police Clearance Certificate
- Valid Passport older than 6 months
Job responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with Group Safety and Security policies.
- Complete Risk Assessments on all activities/areas
- Work closely with the SHES management team to ensure a safe environment.
- Creating, planning, and implementing job cards for planned and unplanned maintenance on all mining and plant systems machinery and equipment
- Prepares and manages planned maintenance schedules (at sea and in port)
- Consistently evaluating, reporting, and upgrading systems to ensure the mining and plant systems are operating safely and optimally.
- Ensuring SAGE PASTEL and spare stock management is optimal and utilized correctly.
- Establishing, implementing, and managing the planned maintenance schedule
- Manage daily and monthly technical reports.
- Ensure all technical data capture is compliant with Group standards and requirements.
- Generate breakdown reports and identify root cause analysis.
- Internal reports on continuous improvement
- Manage technical team personal growth and development including the development of junior personnel.
