Sales Engineer

Job Requirements:

• Matric certificate
• Must have 5 + experience of the offshore oil and gas, pressure systems or engineering fabrication markets to support our sales operation.
• Must be able to develop good client relationships.
• Must be presentable.
• Must be self-disciplined.
• Hard working.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Job Responsibilities:

• Engineering sales via email or telephone.
• Assist with preparing quotes and monitoring inquiry or project status.
• Expedite orders and shipments to ensure schedules are maintained.
• Monitor competitors and determine market pricing.
• Maintain price book and log all leads onto the CRM system.
• Identify new customers and research new markets.
• After-sales support including customer follow-up, satisfaction survey reports, managing warranties, etc.
• Preparing management reports.
• Experience in MENA or LATAM markets and a foreign language (French, Portuguese, Spanish) an advantage.
