Project Engineer

Job Requirements:

• 2- 3 years of experience working in the ship repair/oil & gas industry will be advantageous
• Previous project management experience will be advantageous.
• High level of English and Malay Proficiency, both written and spoken
• Valid driver license
• Computer literate, proficient in MS Office programs
• Excellent client-facing skills
• Demonstration planning and coordination skills.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage projects from inception through to delivery, which includes managing project budgets, schedules, and risk assessments to ensure successful project completion.
• Ensure that all necessary project documentation is up to date and in compliance with company standards and expectations.
• Build client relations.
• Ensure all operations are carried out safely and in compliance with company procedures and policies.
• Ensure that project KPIs are met.
• Draft manuals and procedures as required.
• Mentor and support junior staff
• Report effectively to management and customers.
