Job Requirements:
- Matric
- Receptionist experience
- Computer literacy – good computer knowledge on Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook
- Knowledge of SYSPRO an advantage
Job Responsibilities:
- Welcome and direct visitors and/or clients to the correct person
- Redirect calls to the correct person
- A keen sense of urgency and a willingness to learn additional job related skills.
- Excellent people, communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to provide excellent customer service.
- Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English language.
- Must possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant.
- Must have patience, tact, a cheerful disposition and enthusiasm as well as the willingness to handle difficult situations.
Specific Requirements/Additional information
- Office based.
- Is subject to work beyond normal working hours, evenings, weekends and holidays should the need arise.
- Required to attend and participate in continuing educational programs designed to keep you abreast of changes in your profession
